From our food and wine themed Twitter feed, Educated Palates, (you follow that, yes?) comes word of Theirry Thieses great book on German wines, Reading Between the Wines (See what I did there? Working the title of the book into the title of this post? And my high school guidance councilor seemed so certain I’d come to nothing.) was just interviewed by the always savory Huffington Post.
