How to Navigate the Site

1. Resource Downloads

Click on "Download ZIP" to download all the files at one time. Keep in mind that this zip can be a very large file and may take a while to download. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to register or log in before you are able to download these resources.

2. Resources by Chapter

Click on a chapter title to get a list of files specific to that chapter. This is best if you are only teaching specific chapters in your class and will save you a large download. Click on "Download" to download all the files at one time. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to register or log in before you are able to download these resources.

3. About This Book

Includes information about the book and the author.

4. Table of Contents

Includes the full table of contents of the book.

5. Contributors

Not available for all titles, but for multi-authored books, this tab will contain a list of all the contributors to the title.

The Registration Process

If you have not already registered for the Resources for Instructors site, you will need to register before you are able to download any of the files on the site. If you click on a download link and are not logged in, you will be taken to our log in/register page. Once there, you can either log in with your username and password or click "next" under Register. During your registration process, you will be able to create your own password. Your username will be your email address. Once you have successfully registered one time, you may use that same login on the site over and over again. If your account becomes inactive for more than 12 months, your registration will be deleted from the system. If you are interested in downloading additional materials after your registration has been deleted, you are welcome to register again with the same email address and password.

File Types

Below is a list of some of the file types you may find on this site and the software you will need to view the file.

.pdf - Adobe Acrobat Reader
.doc - Microsoft Word
.xls - Microsoft Excel
.ppt - Microsoft PowerPoint
.mov - QuickTime Player
.jpg/.gif/.png - Any Graphics Viewer or Web Browser

Additional Help:

If you are unable to view a file on your companion site, please check first that you have the necessary software installed on your machine. Some of the .zip files are very large and will take a long time to download.
