Journals + Digital Publishing

University of California Press is actively seeking to publish journals from within the UC community. The Journals + Digital Publishing Division provides traditional and digital publishing services with a focus on expanding discoverability and usage through cost-sustainable means. Via a unique strategic partnership, beginning January 2011 all UC Press published titles will be hosted on the JSTOR platform, greatly enhancing visibility, sales, and impact within the scholarly community.

We welcome proposals and inquiries from within University of California interested in publishing with University of California Press. We are particularly interested in new or existing journals in musicology, history, sociology, cultural studies, religious studies, biology and the natural sciences, environmental studies, and law, but will be pleased to respond to any questions regarding publication in other fields as well. Please contact us directly.
