Returns Policy

• Only books published by the University of California Press and purchased from CPFS will receive return credit.
• No written authorization required for returns, however:
      The period of eligibility for returns is within one (1) year of purchase.
      The book must be in print
• Book must be in good salable condition. No credit will be issued for books with price stickers, stamps, or any other defacing.
• Invoice information (including ISBN) must be included with every return. If invoice information is not included with return, credit will be issued with a 50% discount.
• Damaged in shipment copies: Claims for books received in damaged condition must be made within 30 days of invoice date for domestic shipments and within 90 days for foreign shipments.

Any and all books returned not meeting these guidelines will not be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued.

Your shipping cost will be calculated based on the exact weight of your order when processed by our warehouse. The shipping cost will be added to your order after your online checkout is complete.
