James Beard Award Winners

Two UC Press books are winners at the 2010 James Beard Foundation Awards, which honor the best of everything in food and wine. Encyclopedia of Pasta, by Oretta Zanini de Vita and translated by Maureen Fant, won in the Reference and Scholarship category, and Randall Grahm’s Been Doon So Long won for best Beverage book.

The book awards were announced yesterday at the James Beard Awards ceremony in New York. Congratulations to the winners!
